LEADERS OF THE PACK
President & CEO
Larry has the restaurant and retail construction business in his blood, having grown up working in the restaurants that his father owned. Early in his career, he used the skills he learned there to open other businesses in Massachusetts, and has since owned, operated and invested in several highly successful franchises around the country. His affinity for construction led him to also begin a construction company, which soon evolved into building high-end custom homes and thirteen years later commercial build outs. Today Larry has over twenty years of experience in nationwide retail/residential/restaurant construction, and has led Northboro Builders to become the leading Design/Building firm for franchise development in all fifty states.
KENNETH L. NAHIGIAN
Chief Operating Officer
With extensive experience spanning a variety of auditing, accounting, production, and management positions, Ken joined Northboro Builders in July 2011. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Sales at Paramount Restaurant Supply. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant College (now Bryant University), where he majored in Accounting and graduated with honors.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Allison plays a key role in the daily operations of Northboro Builders and is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance for the company. In addition, she is actively involved in the management of each project, including client relations. Since joining Northboro in 2004, Allison has lent her expertise to various areas of the organization, such as project coordination, office management and accounting.
Vice President of Business Development
Chris grew up in a family-run restaurant business that inspired him to continue on in the industry, ultimately leading him to work for national chains while holding several key positions in operations, training and development. With his roots in operations and experience as an owner-operator, Chris has more than 30 years experience in developing brand’s franchise programs for both domestic and international expansion. Throughout his career, Chris led the strategic development of franchise programs for more than 15 food service concepts in over 30 states and 50 countries around the world. With his global experience, he has acquired a deep understanding of what is required to make food service franchising work in several key markets throughout the world. Chris has the insight to assess capabilities, adapt concepts and develop a strategy to put in place a long-term plan for a sustainable and successful restaurant development.
